Service Agreement

By using CabConnect's transportation services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our service provides reliable, safe, and professional transportation through our network of licensed drivers and maintained vehicles.

User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate pickup and destination information, be ready at the designated time and location, and treat drivers and vehicles with respect. Any damages to vehicles may result in additional charges.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

Booking Requirements

All bookings must include valid contact information and pickup details. For advance bookings, we recommend confirming at least 2 hours before your scheduled ride time to ensure driver availability.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellations are allowed up to 5 minutes before pickup time. Late cancellations (within 5 minutes) or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee. Emergency cancellations will be reviewed case-by-case.

Schedule Changes

Modifications to existing bookings can be made through our website or customer service. Changes made less than 30 minutes before pickup may be subject to availability and additional fees depending on the request.

Driver & Passenger Responsibilities

Driver Standards

All CabConnect drivers are professionally licensed, background-checked, and trained in customer service. They are required to maintain clean vehicles, follow traffic laws, and provide courteous service at all times.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers must be respectful to drivers and other passengers, follow safety guidelines (including seatbelt use), and refrain from smoking, consuming alcohol, or engaging in disruptive behavior during rides.

Safety Requirements

For everyone's safety, passengers must remain seated while the vehicle is moving, keep doors locked during transit, and report any safety concerns immediately to customer service.

Child Safety

Children under 8 years old or under 4'9" must use appropriate car seats or booster seats. Parents/guardians are responsible for providing and properly installing child safety seats.

Payment Terms & Fees

Pricing Structure

Our transparent pricing is based on distance and vehicle type. Rates may include additional fees for tolls, airport pickups, or extended waiting time beyond the included grace period. Contact us for a quote.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit/debit cards, digital payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and cash. Payment authorization is required before ride confirmation. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

Additional Charges

Extra fees may apply for: tolls (at cost), cleaning fees for vehicle damage or mess, waiting time beyond the grace period, and special requests like multiple stops or oversized luggage.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered for service failures, vehicle issues, or billing errors. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the ride. Partial refunds may be issued for incomplete trips or service disruptions.

Liability & Insurance Coverage

Insurance Protection

All CabConnect vehicles carry comprehensive commercial insurance coverage including liability, collision, and passenger protection. Coverage details are available upon request and meet all local regulatory requirements.

Limitation of Liability

CabConnect's liability is limited to the fare paid for transportation services. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost items (beyond reasonable efforts to recover), or delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Personal Property

While we make every effort to help recover lost items, passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. CabConnect is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property unless due to driver negligence.

Complaint Process

Service complaints should be reported through our website or customer service within 48 hours. We investigate all complaints fairly and work to resolve issues promptly through direct communication.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is protected according to our Privacy Policy. We collect only necessary data for service provision and maintain strict confidentiality. Location data is used solely for transportation purposes.

Service Modifications

CabConnect reserves the right to modify services, rates, or terms with appropriate notice. Significant changes will be communicated through our website and email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by local and state transportation regulations. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or local courts as applicable. Service availability may vary by location and local regulations.
